Dennis Weverka has been assisting people with their Long Term Care planning since 2005. After many years in the insurance industry he began researching LTCi in 2005 and found it to be one of the most sensible insurance products on the market today. Because of changing demographics and changing lifestyles (from previous generations) the cost of Long Term Care services is probably the single biggest threat to retirement portfolios and emotional well being that exists today. The irony is that many insurance companies offer products that provide excellent protection against this threat, and yet less than ten per cent of us have them. Almost all of us have homeowners, auto and health insurance and yet the risk of needing long term care services is far greater than the risk of events triggering the need for these other coverages. At age 20 Dennis Weverka was a caregiver for his terminally ill Father, he is well aware of the emotional and psychological burden placed upon someone having to provide care to a loved one. The point was further drive home thirty years later when his Mother had to enter a nursing home in Southern California and he had long ago established roots in Fort Worth, Texas. Weverka established “Weverka & Associates” in 2008, as an agency devoted entirely to Long Term Care planning. Experience:
